摘  要：当今社会，由于信息发布方便，信息传播速度快，微博已成为了新闻获取和发布的最佳途径。本论文从突发事件中微博的信息传播现象着手，从正负两方面研究突发事件中微博的信息传播功能，探讨突发事件中微薄的信息传播特色以及由此带来的影响（对微博自身和突发事件本身），在此基础上提出：突发事件中如何规避微博信息传播负面效果的措施和方法：微博管理者和政府部门要严惩恶意散布谣言者、微博管理者对信息要严格把关、官方微博及时做好信息公开工作、提高微博用户的法律意识引导他们加强自律；以期为微博在突发事件中的正面功能的发挥提供借鉴。

The Study in the Information Spreading Function of Weibo in  Smergencies
Abstract:Nowadays, due to the easily release and fastly spread of the imformation, weibo has become the best access to post news. This article researches weibo's imformation dissemination phenomenon in both positive and negative aspects, and explores weibo's information dissemination characteristics and its impact in  emergencies. On this basis,it tells how to use information  dissemination via weibo to avoid the negative effects in emergencies: weibo managers and the government departments should punish those who maliciously spread rumors; weibo managers also should strictly control the information; and the official accounts should disclosure the information in time, what's more, they also should improve the weibo users' legal awareness, and guide them to strengthen their self-discipline, to make the weibo play a positive function in emergencies.
