摘要：随着社会科技的发展，传统媒介也出现了新的变化。新媒体的产生和发展，给主流媒体带来了冲击。通过对“塘沽爆炸案”的分析，可以看出以微博等为代表的新媒体具有着超越地域性等特点，并且发挥了不可忽视的作用。而主流媒体虽然采取了跟踪报道灾区信息等措施来对网民的意见进行引导，但是在此次事件中依然存在很大的不足，这些问题导致了网民对主流媒体产生了不信任，甚至质疑，以至于引发了次生舆情。因此，以“塘沽爆炸案”为启示，在突发事件发生时，主流媒体可以采取加强责任安全制度等措施来强化对民间舆论场的引导，从而实现两大舆论场的融合，传递社会正能量，这对社会的和谐民主、媒体的发展都有着重要的现实意义。43373

    Research on Guidance of Mainstream Media on Folk Public Opinion Field in Emergency   --Take “Tanggu Explosion” as Example 

  Abstract: With the development of social science, traditional media emerged new changes. The generation and development of new media brought impact to mainstream media. Based on the analysis of “Tanggu Explosion”, it can be known that the new media represented by Microblog played significant role due to its characteristic of surpassing regionalism. However, although the mainstream media adopted the measures such as follow-up report of information about disaster area so as to guide netizens’ opinion, there were still many deficiencies of mainstream media in this incidentr; all these problems caused netizens to distrust mainstream, generate doubt and even trigger public opinion. Therefore, the enlightenments of “Tanggu Explosion” are that, when emergency occurred, mainstream media can take the measures of enhancing responsibility safety system to reinforce its guidance of folk opinion field so as to realize the integration of two major opinion fields and transmit social positive energy, which plays important realistic meaning for social harmony as well as democracy, and media development.
