摘 要：以《东方时空》为标志的早间新闻一经诞生就表现出勃勃生机，本文首先对早间电视新闻发展现状进行梳理，然后对全国性媒体和地方性媒体早间电视新闻节目进行对比分析，进而分析早间新闻节目发展过程中存在的问题，如全国性媒体早间电视新闻软新闻不足、趣性不足、主持人亲和力不够，地方性媒体早间电视新闻时效性不强、权威性稍差、主持人素养不够等，并针对这些问题进行分析，旨在探寻应对上述问题的策略，如全国性媒体增加民生新闻比重、时政新闻民生角度解读，地方性媒体提高节目时效性和权威性、树立大民生意识、提高主持人素养等，力求探寻早间电视新闻的可持续发展之路。6919

The Study of Morning TV News Programs——Comparative Analysis of National Media and Local Media
Abstract：The morning news programs remarked with “Oriental Horizon” have shown full vigor and vitality on it’s appearance.This paper first combed the developing status of morning news,then the morning news programmes was compared and analyzed statistically between national medium and local medium,and the existing problems in the development of the morning news program,such as the national media morning news soft news, insufficient interest, Moderator affinity is not enough, and the weak local media morning news timeliness, the poor authoritative and the bad quality of host,was analyzed. Aiming at those ,this text will explore the strategies,such as the national media to increase the proportion of people's livelihood news, political news for people's livelihood, local media to improve program effectiveness and authority, the improvement of people's livelihood host quality, seeks to explore the sustainable development road of the morning news.
