内容提要:目前中国房地产广告炫富现象非常普遍,这些炫富思想也在潜移默化的影响着消费者,所带来的负面影响非常严重。炫富思想历史悠久,根深蒂固,这也是导致炫富广告泛滥的直接原因。再加上改革开发以后的经济迅速发展,人民生活水平快速提高,部分人不仅仅需要物质的满足,更需要精神的满足,而炫富思想正好可以满足这部分人的精神需要。炫富广告如果不加以管理与监督,只会导致资源浪费,房产分配不均等一系列危害。对此,政府需要宏观调控并且完善相关法律法规,给消费者树立健康的消费观。本文分析了中国房地产广告中炫富现象产生的原因和危害,并在此基础上提出了节制房地产广告炫富现象的具体对策。57993

Abstract:Chinese real estate advertising flaunt wealth is very common phenomenon at present,these flaunt wealth thought is influence character by environment effects on consumers,the negative effects are very serious. Wealth thought history is long,ingrained,is the direct cause of rampant advertising flaunt wealth. After the reform and development of the rapid development of economy,improving people's living standards rapidly,people not only need to meet the material,need more spiritual satisfaction and flaunt wealth thought just to meet this part of people's spiritual needs. Advertising if not to flaunt wealth management and supervision, will only lead to the waste of resources, real estate and unequal distribution of a series of harm. In this regard, the government needs to macro-control and improve relevant laws and regulations, give consumers establish a healthy consumption concept. This paper analyzes the cause of conspicuous phenomenon in China's real estate advertising and harm, and on the basis of this puts forward the control real estate advertisement conspicuous phenomenon in the concrete countermeasures.

一、前言
房子,中国人的本能需求。在世界范围,我国是传统意义上的农业大国,长达两千多年的农耕文明占据了中国人的思想。汉字“田”就充分说明了我国的农耕文化,而由田字构成的“田园”、“田家”形成了中国人最初对于家园、住房的阐释,家的重要性对于国人不言而喻。而如今,房子可以作为一种商品在市场上销售,导致房地产行业空前发达,房地产利润无比巨大。许多的房地产开发商为了赚取更多的利润不惜斥巨资制作房地产广告,而广告的主题几乎都围绕着炫富二字。
