摘要：网络视频节目作为一种新兴的传播方式，在近几年已经迅速发展并找到了它的立足点——直接、迅速，并开始占据一部分传统市场的份额，网络视频节目主持人也渐渐受到人们的关注。新媒体的诞生及发展，使得传统主持人面临着巨大的挑战及机遇，网络视频节目也给传统主持人提供了一个更加开放的舞台。因为网络传播存在一定的弊端，有一些因兴趣而从事主持人行业、但没有经过系统训练的爱好者也可以通过这个平台进行传播，使网络视频节目的包容性过于广泛，也使得网络视频主持人行业的规范化存在一定的问题。本文由此展开对如今网络视频节目主持人存在的问题进行研究，对网络视频节目主持人的发展及趋势进行瞻望，同时找出适合网络传播的发展策略,促进网络视频节目的发展及网络视频节目主持人素质的提升。79245

The Development Strategy of Network Video Presenter
Abstract：As a new platform of entertainment, online video has found its way to progress in the general market - straight forward and swift content streaming。 This industry has already taken substantial amount of the market and the hosts of the channels are getting increasing attention from the general audiences。 The birth of this new media platform not only bring new challenges to the traditional anchoring service, it also develops more opportunities and possibilities for the traditional service providers。 While having contents created for an extremely wide range of subjects, there isn't any level of training required in the industry, creating a rising problem of qualification; anyone could become an online channel host if s/he wishes to, which is a sign of deterioration of the overall skill level and general etiquette。 This essay examines thoroughly on the current problems in the anchoring/hosting service of this new media platform, predicts the future of this service, develops a clear planning of the future, yet finds a clear plan for online content distribution, aiding the process of online content development and elevates the skills and etiquettes of the anchoring/hosting service
