摘 要：我们国家是由五十优尔个少数民族组成了的一个和睦的大家庭，每个少数民族都有它们自己的舞蹈形态特征和审美特征。“三道弯”这一舞蹈形态在中国舞蹈中均有其特征。虽然“三道弯”体态在大多数的舞蹈中可以欣赏到，但是由于舞蹈种类不同，舞蹈风格的不同，产生了不同的舞蹈形态的“三道弯”。民族舞蹈中的胶州秧歌和东北秧歌都有共同的一点“三道弯”，但却也各有各的舞蹈形态和动态特征。本篇论文我将从秧歌的起源、形成、发展与表演形式开始分析。详细阐述了胶州秧歌中“三道弯”的体态美和东北秧歌“三道弯”动态美的不同，以及“三道弯”的教学作用。希望通过本论文对于“三道弯”的研究，能够使更多的秧歌爱好者了解并喜欢“三道弯”这一美的舞蹈体态特征。传承我们国家的民族文化让它的明天更加辉煌。19837
