摘要：因材施教可以使每一个学生发挥自身优势，扬长避短，增强学生的自信心，提高学生学习积极性。合理的进行因材施教能准确的把握学生的个体特征，抓住学生的心理特征，让舞蹈教学更加适合各种不同的学生，充分提高学生的自身素质，更好地实现舞蹈的美育作用。本毕业论文从因材施教的作用和意义入手，通过对中小学舞蹈教学中的因材施教进行分析，并提出了中小学舞蹈教学中运用因材施教的方法。20445

Abstract: teach students in accordance with their aptitude can make every student to play to their strengths, weaknesses, enhance their self-confidence, improve students' learning initiative. The inpidual characteristics of reasonable to teach students in accordance with their aptitude can accurately grasp the students, to seize the psychological characteristics of students, let the dance teaching is more suitable for different kinds of students, improve the students' quality, better realize the aesthetic education function of dance. In this paper, from the teaching principle of teach students in accordance with their aptitude, teach students in accordance with their aptitude for the dance teaching in primary and secondary schools so as to put forward some suggestions and prospect analysis, the implementation of the dance teaching teach students in accordance with their aptitude principle.

中小学舞蹈教学中的因材施教
两千多年前孔子就在《学记》中提出了因材施教的原则。《学记》中说到“教育，就是使学生的长处得到发展，补救他的过失”教学中一项重要的教学方法就是因材施教，在舞蹈教学中同样也是。教学中根据学生对事物的学习能力、认知水平和本身的素质，老师选择适合学生特点的方法来进行针对性的教学，发挥学生的优点，弥补学生的缺点，树立学生信心，激发他们学习的兴趣和积极性，从而促进学生全面发展就叫做因材施教。
关于“中小学舞蹈教学中的因材施教”的相关记载目前比较少”，相关论文大都从应试教育方面来阐述，因与时代有关，教育方式有关，所以很难把握，学习起来相当困难。目前21世纪的前十年教育和文艺的复兴促使我们为舞蹈的发展注入新鲜的血液，我们更要深刻的了解因材施教在中小学舞蹈教学中的重要性。
