摘要：闫庄小学全体师生共同努力拼搏、团结奋斗,使闫庄小学的教育教学工作显著提高。全体教师立足本职工作，全面贯彻的教育方针，深入开展素质教育，在培养学生的创新意识、创新能力方面狠下功夫。与此同时，每位教师都很注重努力提高自身的政治素质、业务素质。各教学班配备了触摸影像一体化多媒体设备，缩短了教学时间,在培养学生观察想象、思文记忆等能力方面发挥了较大作用,为深化素质教育创出了新的特色。但是对于音乐课来说，音乐老师对于多媒体的操作不熟练甚至有的老师根本不会用导致了教学设备的非充分利用，从而反倒降低了课堂效率，还有学生对流行乐的热爱已经远远超过了传统爱国主义音乐，导致了学生产生了讨厌音乐课本，喜欢流行歌曲及其流行组合的极端思想以及师生比例严重不协调、学生空间资源严重不足等等；这在很大程度上影响了学生的学习。本文就以上这些问题，进行深入的探讨和研究，并提出相对应的解决方法，从而让小学音乐教育事业更好的发展。39339

小学音乐教育发展现状微探——闫庄小学实习活动所感
前 言：
通过这次到闫庄小学音乐教育实习，让我深刻的感受到音乐教育对小学生的身体和心里的成长来讲是多么的重要，每个班每周两节仅有的音乐课，却可以给孩子带来无比的喜悦和轻松。这让我一个还处在实习期的音乐老师，深刻意识到小学音乐老师在教育祖国未来的花朵的事业中扮演者多么重要的角色。当然在我实习期间的教学过程中，也遇到了很多很多的问题，也发现了一些问题，也解决了一些问题，当然还有一些问题是超出我的能力范围的，接下来我就结合相关文献以及我这次实习活动真实感受从几个方面来谈一谈我对小学音乐教育的认识、看法以及对其中发现的一些问题所提出的相应解决的措施和对未来音乐教育的美好展望。 小学音乐教育发展现状微探:http://www.youerw.com/yinyue/lunwen_39629.html
