摘要：笔者在农村小学实习支教过程中发现，许多学生都具有害羞、自卑、厌学等心理现象，这在很大程度上影响到了音乐课的教学质量，而在这种情况下，农村小学音乐教师要想保证或提高音乐课的教学质量，应该具备怎样的素质结构呢？本文就该问题展开了调查研究，在笔者实习支教经历和《音乐课程标准》等相关理论的基础上，从农村小学生心理发展的现状和音乐功能的角度出发，论述了在新课程标准的背景下，农村小学音乐教师在教学设施落后、教具配备匮乏等一系列艰难条件下，为促进学生心理、学习等多方面的发展，提高音乐教学质量，应该包括的素质结构有职业道德素质、专业能力素质、教学能力素质。73134

Abstract:The author found in rural primary school in the process of practice teaching, many students have the psychological phenomenon such as shy, inferiority, idle, this is largely affected the teaching quality of music, but in this case, the countryside elementary school music teachers to ensure or improve the quality of music teaching, how should have the quality of the structure? in this paper ,the question for investigation and study, in the practice teaching experience and the music course standard “on the basis of relevant theories”, from the present situation of rural primary school students psychological development and the perspective of music function, under the background of new curriculum standard is expounded in the paper, rural elementary school music teachers in the teaching facilities, teaching AIDS, equipped with deficient and so on a series of difficult conditions, to improve the quality of music teaching, promote the development of students’ psychological learning should include the quality of the structure has professional moral quality, professional ability, teaching ability。

1前言
在当代，因为农村与城市的贫富差距，许多农民都选择外出打工，迫于无奈只得留下孩子在家里，这样也就造成了农村的留守儿童数量不断增加，也使得农村留守儿童成为了农村小学里的主要教学对象。笔者在实习支教过程中发现，因为父母不在身边，留守儿童没有受到良好的家庭教育和情感的依托，心理健康发展在某种程度上必然会被深深的影响，造成性格上的缺陷，以至于会容易形成厌学、自卑、焦虑等心理现象。在这种情况下，农村留守儿童接受教育的主要场所和重要来源便是学校，而在学校教育中，音乐教育作为素质教育的主要途径之一，它可以有效的协助农村留守儿童释放和表达自身的情绪，改善农村留守儿童的心理现状，使他们能够具备健全的人格和高尚的情操。论文网 新课程背景下农村小学音乐教师素质结构:http://www.youerw.com/yinyue/lunwen_83291.html
