摘 要:笔者在实习过程中了解到,苏北多数学校关于民族器乐教育方面是欠缺的,中小学生就民乐知识及技能演奏方面是薄弱的。在多元文化发展的背景下,民族器乐越发不被重视,在这一情况下,中小学校应该怎样有序的开展器乐教学活动?本文就该问题展开调查,在笔者用走访及问卷的形式和《新音乐课程标准》等相关理论基础上,从苏北地区中小学民族器乐教育发展现状出发,论述在新课程标准的背景下,民乐教育在学校忽视、教学设施不齐全、师资匮乏的因素下,为改变民族器乐尴尬、滞后的现状,教育部门应该提高对民乐的重视度、完善器乐设施、加强师资建设等。73626
