摘要：新县民歌被列为国家级非物质文化遗产，其资源丰富、韵味独特、既有江南小调的婉转，又有北方民歌的豪爽，具有独特的“豫风楚韵”。 在走访群众和县级有关文化传承与保护部门的过程中，整理出了历年来在新县广为流传的民歌并加以整理，并在调查中发现了“信阳民歌第一村”——南冲村，和当地百姓心中的一朵“花魁”——千斤乡杨摆柳农民艺术团。
在新县民歌的继承与发展工作中，以新县文化馆馆长陈世松为首的文化保护工作部门作出的贡献最为突出，陈馆长经常利用下乡的机会采访民歌手，创新新民歌，各级政府也组织了一些列文化传承与发展的活动。然而，保护新县民歌，其传承与发展不是一人之职，而是全社会共同的责任。我们应在加强保护工作与政府支持力度、创新新民歌，凸显旅游特色的同时，也要加强完善传承人保护机制。78872

浅谈新县民歌的现状与传承
河南省信阳市新县地处大别山腹地，是著名的鄂豫皖老区和将军县之一，也是民歌之乡。[ 1] 2012年5月20日中央人民广播电台将新县作为“民歌采风基地”，使新县民歌的风采得以展示，并打造了“新县民歌”品牌。
一、新县民歌的形成及地域背景
新县是全国著名的老区将军县之一，横跨江淮，新县民歌属于典型的有着古老传统的汉民族歌。由于新县坐落在江淮之间，历史上受荆楚文化、吴越文化、中原文化的多重影响。呈现出绚丽多彩的人文景观，体现了鲜明的文化多样性特征；具有形式多样、种类繁多、体系完整的特性；涵盖了中华上下五千不同的历史时期、不同文化背景的广泛题材。[ 2]新县民歌的发生发展经历了远古时期的出现、形成期，历朝历代的发展、完善期，清末至民国的成熟、旺盛期，新中国成立初至“文化大”前的新生、繁荣期，“文化大”期间的低沉、萧条期，20世纪80年代普查篆集的抢修、复兴期，以及新世纪实施“非保”工程的弘扬、兴盛期。[ 3] 信阳新县民歌的现状与传承:http://www.youerw.com/yinyue/lunwen_91014.html
