摘要：设计伴随科技进步、社会发展的步伐，正成为现代物质与精神文明生活的必需品。与此同时我们的世界正面临着有史以来最大规模的城市化浪潮。越来越多的人居住在高密度城市空间内，人与人之间的距离更加靠近。城市公共景观设计的关注度也日益上升，成为不可或缺的一项景观设计。本次对宁东新城高速出入口周边生态景观整治工程的景观设计，主要以“人文”、“生态”以及“科技”三方面入手，充分做到生态而有机。宁东是一座能源之城，必须要有一处景观来凸显出它的特色。我们以高科技的能源为主题，目的是为了使人们在观赏美景的同时，也能感受到科技的气息，更加了解宁东这一座城市，我们要把它的周边景观改造成宁东的名片，让全国各地，乃至世界各地的人们知晓宁东。20211

1 项目概况
1.1区域环境
该规划区有较大面积的流动沙丘、半流动沙丘分布,地形波状起伏,以低山丘陵为主,平均海拔在1250～1300m；属中温带干旱气候区,具有典型的大陆性气候特征,雨量少而集中,土壤类型主要是淡灰土。
1.2项目概况
宁东新城。位于县域东部，地跨力洋、茶院两乡镇。西与白芨滩东界接壤，延伸到积家井、韦州矿区西界；南至韦州矿区和萌城矿区的最南端延省界的连接线；北邻内蒙古自治区鄂托克前旗。东西宽16～41km，南北127km。1.3现状分析

生态环境查，地质贫瘠，环境污染等都很严重。当地气候炎热少雨，现状植被为典型的荒漠草原型植被。因此对于景观的绿化营造提出了更高的挑战。
