摘要：办公空间是现代人生活的中心，办公空间的设计直接关系到员工的工作心理状态和工作效率。随着信息技术发展的日新月异，人们的生活形态和工作方式发生了巨大的变化，许多任务的执行将由信息技术所取代，这改变了传统的企业组织结构，产生了新的工作形态，办公工作的载体一办公空间的面貌也就相应的改变了。传统的办公空间是工作的“容器”，现代创新型办公空间则成为人们工作和交往“媒介”，它包括高度灵活的交流空间和工作方式，它不再是传统的金字塔式的办公模式，单纯的程序性工作场所将转变为一个信息交流的场所。为了适应这种变化，指导创新型办公空间的设计，本文对办公空间设计的有关理论和实际应用进行了一些探讨。4573

一、绪论
