摘要：现今，随着人们生活水平的提高，交通出行越来越多样化以及越来越便利。交通工具的出现，人们开始较长距离的运行轨迹，各种各样的交通工具出现在人们的身边，随着全球的汽车产业都在飞快地发展，私家车数量的暴增，不光促使汽油价格的不断飙升，能源消耗巨大，且泊车问题也成为了人们生活中的一块心病。
许多旧式住宅小区，四处乱停乱放的汽车挤占道路和侵占绿地成为一种常见的景象，使小区环境遭受严重破坏，交通安全存在隐患。停车管理不善，固然是一个原因，但车位的预留量不足、交通组织的无序才是其主要原因。本文针对旧式小区驻车扩容与改善问题结合案列分析对“上海康乐文化广场”及附近的小区驻车空间扩容与改善提出一些建议与手法，从而使驻车问题不再成为人们生活中的心病。22242

The expansion and improvement of the old residential area parking space
Abstract: Nowadays, with the improvement of people's living standard, the traffic has become more and more persified andmore convenient. The traffic tools, people started running track long distance, all kinds of traffic tool in people'sside, along with the global automobile industry are developing quickly, increased the number of private cars, not only to soaring gasoline prices, energy consumption is huge, and the parking problem has become a piece of heart disease in people's lives.
Many of the old residential areas, around the parked cars occupy roads and green invasion has become acommon sight, the plot environment suffered serious damage, the existence of hidden dangers of traffic safety.Parking management, is certainly a reason, but reserved parking spaces, traffic organization is the main cause ofdisorder. According to the old residential area parking capacity and improve the problem combined with caseanalysis and puts forward some suggestions and methods on the "Shanghai Kangle Cultural Square" and the nearby residential parking space expansion and improvement, so that the parking problem does not become the people living in the heart.
