摘要自从2000年开始，我们的社会进入了老龄化阶段，每年老人的人数不断增多，引起了社会的广泛关注。而如何解决这一现状是一个热门话题。非常巧的是，当我们来到江宁机械厂，分析了厂的周边环境，发现周边都是小区，里面有很多老人在散步交谈，这促使了我们选择了老人社区改造的这一个想法。
再继续分析了厂的历史，厂的现状，更加确立了我们想要打造一个老人社区的想法。然后我们翻阅了文献，自己分析了老人的心理需求和生理需求，决定利用其保留的厂房，把每一个楼层都赋予其功能，从空间上来解决老人的需求。此外，我们还细心的安排了分区主题活动，并设置了老人和儿童共同游艺的空间，还安排了每月的活动，希望老人的生活也丰富多彩，心理上得到更多的重视和关爱。善待老人体现了一个社会的善心。23585

Abstract
Since 2000, our society has entered the aging stage, the annual number of the elderly
keeps increasing, which caused the wide attention of the society. How to solve this
situation is a hot topic. Coincidentally, when caming to Jiangning machinery factory, we

here, which prompted us to choose this one idea community reconstruction.
