摘要：二战后，工业革命的发展加快城市化的进程，为我们创造了巨大的财富，但同时也引发了一系列严重的环境问题。屋顶花园作为一种特殊的园林形式，成为缓解绿化用地紧张矛盾、改善城市环境质量、丰富城市绿化空间形式的一个切入点，具有很大的商业、旅游、生态价值和潜力。本文以泰州市某建筑的屋顶花园建设为切入点，分析屋顶造园与地面造园的区别，系统阐述屋顶花园常用构景要素的设计和施工建造要点。利用在过去城市中利用很少的屋顶空间，以提高城市绿量为主要目的，以人为本为出发点，将生态与可持续发展融入到设计中来。用最少的投入创造最大的自然与经济价值。并对泰州屋顶花园的发展提出构想，为日后屋顶花园的建设提供参考和依据。31569

The Design of Roof-garden on the building in Taizhou New urban area
Abstract: After World WarⅡ,development of the industrial revolution promoted the process of urbanization.On the one hand,a huge society wealth has been created.But on the other hand,there is a series of problems appeared on,such as:the small amount of afforestation,the deterioration of ecological environment,isolation of human and nature and so on.Roof-garden as a special form of gardening has become an entry point which can ease green land conflicts,improve the quality of urban environment and rich form of urban green space.It has a large value and potential of business,tourism and ecological.Taking a roof-garden in Taizhou as the breakthrough point, this paper attempts to analyze the difference between the roof and ground garden.Then describe on constitutive elements of landscape design and construction of roof gardens point.Using the space on the roof which was used a little in the past,in order to improve green quantity of the city.At the same time,designing with ecological and sustainable development for people in the end.Putting forward the idea on the development of Roof garden in Taizhou, and then providing reference for the future construction of Roof Garden.

引言
近年来，城市经济水平迅速提高，得益于工业革命的推动与发展，城市迅速扩张，人口规模不断扩大，相应的，城市土地经济价值也不断上涨，大片的自然绿地被高楼林立的现代建筑所取代，都市人群每天穿梭在钢筋水泥塑造的冰冷的城市中，机械般工作、生活，与自然渐行渐远。
与此同时，城市环境问题也日趋显现威胁人们的生存与发展。绿化面积的减少引发的热岛效应，造成了同一时间内的城区气温普遍高于周围郊区气温，最高可达6℃以上，生态环境的破坏甚至带来疾病瘟疫的流行扩散，越来越少的绿地可供都市人群休憩。日益尖锐的环境问题，引起了社会人群的广泛关注，如何建设好城市生态环境，成为当今人们所重视的，并就此引发了深刻的研究探讨。城市绿地面积有限且用地矛盾日益尖锐，为了缓解乃至解决这一局面，人们将目光转向屋顶使其称为城市绿地的新场所，以提高城市绿地覆盖率，因此屋顶花园的建设是大势所趋[1]。 城区建筑空中花园景观设计:http://www.youerw.com/yishu/lunwen_27775.html
