摘要：随着全国城市化进程的不断的加快，城市市民的生活节奏不断加快，工作压力越来越大，人们已经过于追求快速便捷的现代化生活方式，长期处于密闭的空调房间内，使人体的免疫力下降，身体素质整体下降。近些年来随着生活水平的提高，城市市民们开始重视通过一些体育锻炼或者户外运动来增强身体素质和放松身心。常州三江口公园规划应以人为建设与自然空间的相互结合为指导思想，以配置足够的休闲空间满足城市市民的运动、娱乐、生活需求、为市民提供生机盎然的多元化游憩空间为目的。所以景观设计的核心任务在于自然元素的合理运用和自然休憩空间的设计。常州三江口公园将运动休闲科普与公园绿地完美的结合，不仅为市民提供了自然优美的休憩场所,还提高了城市的绿地率和生态效益。因此，近几年在我国开始大力建设城市生态公园。比如在我国的华南、华中、东南地区，此类公园的建设比较快速，有了一定的城市生态公园建设经验，并在全国也兴起了建设城市生态科普公园的浪潮，为都市中的人们提供户外游憩、休闲的绿色空间。36402

Abstract:As the country's urbanization advancement speeding up unceasingly, the accelerating pace of life of urban citizens, working pressure is big, too pursuit of quick and easy way of modern life, people in an airtight air conditioning room for a long time, make human body immunity drop, overall physical quality decline.In recent years with the improvement of living standard, city residents began to seriously by some exercise or outdoor activities to enhance the physical quality and relax.Changzhou sanjiang mouth park planning should be according to the construction of artificial and natural space combination as the guiding ideology, to configure enough leisure space meet the demand of urban residents sports, entertainment, life, provide citizens with vibrant, persity of leisure space for the purpose.So the core task of landscape design is the natural elements of the rational use and natural leisure space design.Changzhou sanjiang sports leisure park to popular science and the perfect combination of park green space, not only provides citizens with beautiful natural place to have a rest, also raised the rate of the city and ecological benefits. Therefore, in recent years in our country began to vigorously construction of urban ecological park.Such as in south China, central China, southeast region of our country, the construction of such parks faster, with certain urban ecological park construction experience, and has started the construction of cities in the country to a wave of ecological science park, for the people in the city green space of outdoor recreation, leisure.

1 引言 湿地公园植物景观设计将有利于生态环境保护、区域经济社会发展，人们生活游憩质量的提高，以及科普教育，丰富城市生物多样性，改善城市湿地景观，让“地球之肾”发挥健康机能，为人类服务。
