摘要：城市化的快速发展提高了人们的生活水平和环境意识，人们越来越向往休闲的现代农业园，不同人群的生活要求也造就了农业园的发展。现代农业走向了集采摘游览、知识科普、休闲游乐于一体的休闲庄园，满足了人们旅游多样化的需求，农园整合了经济、生态与社会的效益而加快自身的发展。通过统一规划将观光、休闲、娱乐、教育融入农业当中把最初的农田提升到有一种有组织的高级形态。将健康旅游、生态休闲、知识科普有机的相结合而改变农业单一的经营模式，实现了农园经营的多样化，加快了只注重土地本身的传统大耕农业的转型。而且，生态型、科普型、休闲型农业、综合型的现代观光休闲农业庄园的出现客观上促进了第三产业的发展，提高了城乡经济进一步的快速发展。青浦区朱家角蓝莓园是一个集农业生产、生活、垂钓、旅游于一体的农业区域，建立一个以观光、游玩的核心景观区域是吸引游客的重要方式；核心景观点成为了整个农业生态园游玩、娱乐的主要场所。景观大道以人为本的设计原则，以生态景观为特色，以景墙突出地方文化内涵。根据其区位和周边环境，在设计中突出文化内涵，大道在规划布局上充分利用其所处的自然环境进行设计，体现现代景墙潮流。结合周边现有的建设格局和风貌特色，作为蓝莓园农业规划的旅游的核心点，为第三产业的发展提供良好的景观效果。小型净水湿地休闲农业园也是核心游览区域之一，包括水体景观和湿地景观，展示湿地动植物、湿地生态系统和湿地农业景观。37184
