【摘要】基地位于天津市北辰区双街镇，占地面积49.3公顷，东至北运河、西临双街现代农业科技园、南靠农田、北至双薪大道，北侧为村庄聚落，南侧为农田，基地外部道路通畅，交通便利。欲将该地区设计为一个以葡萄种植为主题的生态葡萄公园园区。39048
生态园是一种区别与传统餐饮的特色餐饮形式，它的存在和发展都建立在一种“生活压力加大，人们渴望通过自然来舒缓这种压力”的基础上，顾客想在自然中就餐，必然要有这样的就餐环境，顾客想要一种可以融入自然的艺术氛围，必然要有这样一个可以容纳园林文化的餐饮形式。可以说，生态园是在社会发展到一定阶段的必然产物。
自然性是生态园必然发展的基础，随着社会机器高速运转，人们的生活节奏越来越快，人们需要一个既不需要浪费太多体力，又能亲近自然的空间，其中还必须兼顾休闲娱乐等，这样生态园就成了最好的选择。
