摘要本次课题源于我们中国人猛火爆炒的膳食习惯，以及随着人们生活水平的提高,对厨房环境越发重视的现状，旨在通过对吸油烟机进行详细的市场调研分析，在其相应的使用方式、使用环境以及功能性方面进行设计探究。对侧吸式吸油烟机进行创新设计，参考产品现有的原理、技术、造型及结构，对外观进行改良设计，对相关功能进行优化设计，使其在满足必要功能要求的同时，能够符合人机，提高吸油烟率，进一步净化厨房环境，满足国内广大消费者的需求，扩大产品的市场。通过完整的设计流程，能将所学知识技能综合应用，同时增强了理论与实践相结合的能力，可谓一举两得。60342

Title The Conceptual Design For Oil Absorption
Abstract This topic comes from our Chinese fire like stir-fried dietary habits, and with the improvement of people's living standard ,the present situation of the kitchen environment more and more be taken seriously, aims at analyzing detailed market research on the Oil Absorption ,in its use, the use of the environment as well as the functional aspects to design research. Innovation design was carried out on the side suction type Oil Absorption , reference the existing products, technology, principle of design and structure, improves the design of appearance, to optimize the design of related functions, make its while meet the functional requirements necessary to conform to the human, improve the rate of oil absorption smoke, further purification kitchen environment, meet the needs of domestic customers, expand product market. Through the complete design process, can learn the comprehensive application of knowledge and skills, but also enhance the ability of combining theory with practice, can shoot two hawks with one arrow.

1 引言
1．1 课题简介与设计目标
本次毕业设计课题为厨房油烟机概念设计，旨在通过对现有吸油烟机产品进行调研的前提下，在其相应的使用方式、使用环境以及功能性方面进行设计探究，参考产品现有的原理、技术、结构及功能，对造型进行设计，对结构进行优化设计，特别地对功能进行概念性设计，使其能够进一步满足消费者的审美需求及功能需求，提高吸油烟率，净化厨房环境，更好的为广大厨房工作者服务，扩大产品的市场。
