摘  要京杭大运河中段非法采砂情况非常严重，两岸沙场密集，不仅影响环境质量和生态保护，也影响居民生活。本方案为京杭运河徐宿段某一堆沙场而设，集生态恢复、土壤改良、居民休闲和文化展示于一体，秉承以人为本、文化传承和生态设计三大理念，将沙场废弃地改造成开放性地区公园。基地公园主题以时间为轴线，分过去、现在、未来三大景观区和地方文化代表性突出的次要景观节点，营造新颖独特的视觉效果，以引人深思，具教育意义。并且方案中构建独特的景观基础设施，综合考虑雨水收集、净化、排放和调蓄，将工程技术与景观艺术结合，将雨洪调储、水资源再利用和娱乐休闲多功能集于一体，大大降低公园维护费用。69182

Landscape Optimization Design of the Sand Yard on  Suqian Section of the Grand Canal 

Abstract The condition of illegal sand mining on middle section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is very serious. Dense sand yards sit on both banks of Luoma Lake, which not only affects the environmental quality and ecological protection, also influence the lives of the residents. The design for a sand yard on Xuzhou and Suqian section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal has gathered ecological restoration, soil improvement, residents’ entertainment and culture display. It adheres to three major concepts of people-oriented, cultural heritage and ecological restoration to transform the sand yard into an open regional park. The park’s theme bases on time, so it is pided into three main areas—past, present, future and secondary landscape nodel parts with representative local culture. All these points want to creat a unique and thought-provoking visual effects. This plan includes new and distinct landscape infrastructures which combine technology with art and take the rainwater’s collection, purification, emission and storage into integration for greatly reducing the maintenance costs of the park.69182
