摘要: 当今社会我国已经进入高速成长的时代，伴随着经济实力的快速增长给城市带来了翻天覆地的变化，对城市的修建也在全球化这个时代的大背景下日新月异。然而往往修建的面貌与空间丧失了其本身的特点与内涵。在这比比皆是的文明配景下，中国的传统文明应该被人们重新审阅。中国古代设计讲究从集约运营到精工细作的匠人精神，而禅文明使得中国传统设计体现出奇特的内在面貌。禅是文化表象、更是安逸平静、质朴随性的立场。将设计重新回归于大自然是当今社会重视的。所以重新认识思考禅文化就十分重要。因此，本文从禅学的概念入手，对禅学的审美寻求和意境表现做总结、归纳、摸索，并用理性的案例作为禅意空间实际的斟酌和验证。主张将禅意美学落实到当今城市广场设计中，并得出城市广场中的禅意美学的设计原则和建议。70976

城市广场最重要的目的是为了迎合各种不同的城市日常生活所需而建造的。在如今的广场设计中我们面临的最主要的困难是传达广场主题的问题。然而，我们不能简单的认为只要在所设计的城市广场中表现出所在地的民俗风貌与历史就可行。对于一个城市广场来说必须经历了历史的变迁与延续才能才能表现出它的风貌。
2、选题的意义
