摘要随着城市的发展,商业广场景观设计受到城市管理者的高度重视,其不仅可以衬托商贸中心的形象,增强市民凝聚力,还承载着交通、休憩、游乐等多种活动。它的规划和建设已经成为完善城市职能,塑造城市形象的重要手段之一。近年来,各地的城市广场数量迅速增多,但是却产生了一些“快餐式”景观,这就导致设计师们面临着如何寻求特殊性创作的挑战。而本次设计就是选择万达购物中心的周边地块,进行景观设计,以打造景观和谐,参与性高的多元化商业广场为目的,使人们把生活中必要的购物活动变成愉快的休闲享受。根据地域肌理,依托南北方向高差明显的现状,引入“分形理论”,通过一系列台地、斜坡打造一个可变弹性较大的城市空间,并在各种不同纬度的多个层级扩展平台供人娱乐、休憩等。72933

The Landscape Design of commercial plaza near Nantong Wanda shopping center
Abstract With the development of the city, the design of Commercial plaza landscape attached great importance by city managers。 Commercial plaza landscape can not only be the symbol of the commercial center, but also strengthen citizen cohesion, and it provides space for citizens to do many things such as having a rest or taking walk。 Its planning and construction become one of the important means of improving the urban functions and shaping the image of the city。 In recent years, the number of squares has increased rapidly, which most of them are similar, and the phenomenon was called ‘fast food type landscape’。 Landscape designers are faced with the huge challenge of making a regional and particular creation。 Now, I choose the plot in front of Wanda to make a landscape design。 It aims to create a harmony landscape, which can increase people's participation。 Based on the present situation of the north-south altitude difference, the design introduces ‘Fractal Theory’。 The design constructed a larger urban space by a series of variable elastic platform and slope。 At different level with extension platform, people can have entertainments, recreation and so on。 In a word, I hope it can create a place where people can not only do shopping, but also enjoy the pleasant leisure。
