青年白领居住区景观设计

摘要：此次毕业设计我的选题是《“青年白领”居住区景观设计——以金色阳光城为例》，方案选取了淮安运河旁的一个学区房作为研究对象,是通过对青年白领住宅区景观进行规划设计。一则城市青年白领的收入水平总体来说偏低，从城市青年白领的日常出行方式来看，目前城市青年白领主要通过公共交通来解决出行问题，金色阳光城地处开发区大学城交通要道，交通方便，房价优惠；二则金色阳光城为学区房，淮安市大多数青年白领即使未婚也会为未来的宝宝着想，不会让自己的宝宝输在起跑线上，因此可以受到更多的人来关注。在合适的地点，向人们提供缓解城市压力的调剂方式，有利于使用者的身体健康和情绪安宁，尽量满足最有可能使用场所的群体的需求。因此我选择《“青年白领”居住区景观设计——以金色阳光城为例》这个课题研究，结合青年白领对于住宅区景观的独特需求来设计一个人性化的、健康的、绿色的、生态的住宅区景观。 76374

Abstract: The topic of my graduation project was " The landscape design of "young white-collar" residential area -- a case study of Golden Sunshine City," it is throughthe young white-collar residential landscape planning, design。 The income level of an urban youth white-collar generally on the low side, from the point of view of urban youth white-collar daily traffic mode, the current urban youth white-collar main travel by public transport to solve the problem, the golden sunshine town is located in development zone of university town roads, traffic is convenient, preferential prices; Second golden sunshine town for the school district room, on the majority of young white-collar even unmarried also for the sake of the future baby, won't make your own baby to lose at the starting line and therefore can be more people to pay close attention to。 In the right place, provide a way to relieve urban pressure relief to the peop le, is conducive to the user's health and mood calm, try to meet the needs of most likely to use place of group。So I chose the "young white-collar" for golden sunshine town residential area landscape design, for example, the topic research, combines the unique needs of young white-collar for residential area landscape to design a personalized, healthy, green and ecological residential landscape。

1 前言
