摘 要：城市化，目前中国最为明显的经济现象，而人地关系又是城市化进程中的焦点。随着城市化进程的加快，人们对于土地的利用方式也在不断地变化，随之出现了各种问题，例如交通拥挤、环境污染、耕地减少、资源短缺等突出问题亟待我们解决。南京市，在现代化发展中不断进步，但是在土地利用方面出现了各种问题。本文以南京市为例，阐述南京市土地利用现状和特点，重点剖析当前南京市土地利用和规划中出现的不合理之处，并据此分析出能够促进南京市土地协调利用的政策建议，从而提高南京市土地利用效率。76587

Abstract：Urbanization is a prominent  economic phenomenon, the relationship between man and land is the focus in the process of urbanization。With the accelerated process of urbanization, people are constantly changing the way of land use, then there are all kinds of problems,for example, traffic congestion, environmental pollution, arable land reduction, resource shortages and other outstanding issues should be resolved urgently。Nanjing City, has made continuous progress in the development of modernization, but in terms of land use appeared all kinds of problems。Taking Nanjing City as an example, this paper expounds the present situation and characteristics of land use in Nanjing city, focuses on the analysis of the existing problems in the land use of Nanjing city, and puts forward recommendations to promote the rational use of land in Nanjing policy , thus to improve the efficiency of land use in Nanjing。
