以用户健康为导向的App设计健康减肥APP设计

摘要本课题围绕用户健康与物联网时代进行了广泛调查，重点针对肥胖人群展开设计研究，以期通过意识层面上的提高以及生活方式上的改善来达到用户健康与科技发展的内在统一。课题从国内外优秀的健康类交互平台出发，多方位分析比较了该类APP侧重点与创新点，并通过问卷等多种方式明确了肥胖用户的生理需求以及心理诉求，总结出设计方法和设计创新点。81485

在设计实践当中，笔者以健康减肥作为切入点，以“超级减肥王”为例，就可用性以及可玩性等方面进行了深度挖掘，得到了一套全新的交互体验。此外，在风格探索的过程中，笔者在多次尝试中不断修正提炼，寻求简洁大方与轻松的平衡，期望得到更加符合年轻人审美，更加宜人舒适的用户体验。

Title The APP Design Orient Users’ Health A APP Based on Healthy Diet

Abstract This subject makes a extensive investigation of health and the age of Internet of Things,and carries on a design research focused on the obesity,and therefore we can achieve the coherence inherent to the health of users and development of science and technology by catch the awareness and change the lifestyle of obesity。 Besides, this subject starts with excellent healthy interaction platform both at home and abroad, gain more information, like innovation points, through multi-dimensional analysis, what's more, it be clear about the obesity users' physiological needs and psychological demands through a variety of ways such as questionnaire, and summarizes the design method and design innovations。

In practice, the author makes the healthy weight loss as the entry point,taking The Biggest Loser as an example, dig deeper into its usability and playability and get a new user experience。In addition, in the process of style exploration, the author strives to continuously improve and refine the interface, and seek the balance of easy and playful, expect to get a more pleasant and comfortable user experience that satisfied the young people。
