注水哑铃产品设计

摘要本课题研究的对象是注水式哑铃，是一种现代化创新型环保化的健身工具，本设计的指导思想是创新设计与绿色设计，注水式哑铃便捷的携带和使用方式，使得注水哑铃器材可以出现在家中、办公室、出差的宾馆甚至户外，从此健身器材不在拘束于健身房之中。适宜的水量调节方式使得哑铃可以被任何力量阶段的健身者使用，令健身器材更加生活化、日常化。有助于提升健身运动的普及度。利用自来水本身的大密度可以在不占用很大空间的前提下代替橡胶、生铁等材质来完成健身训练中克服重力做功的环节,同时减少橡胶、钢铁生产污染，保护环境。81490

Title Design of Water Filled Dumbbell

Abstract The object of this graduation thesis is the Water Filled Dumbbell, a kind of modern Innovative and environment-friendly fitness equipment。 The guiding ideology of the graduation thesis is creative and green design。 The convenience of the carry way and use way make the Water Filled Dumbbell appears at home,in the office, on a business trip or even in the outdoors。 Since then fitness equipment is not bound in the gym。 The appropriate amount of water can be adjusted so that the dumbbell can be used by any strength stage body builder。 This make the fitness equipment more daily,it is beneficial for us to contribute to the promotion of fitness。 Use of the high density of water will instead the rubber, cast iron and other materials to make gravity acting。So we can reduce the pollution caused by iron and steel rubber and protect the environment。

1 引言

1．1 现实课题简介与设计目标

利用水（:ρ水=1。0×10^3kg/m^3）本身的大密度可以在不占用很大空间的前提下代替橡胶、生铁等材质来完成健身训练中克服重力做功的环节。本课题要力求哑铃形态的合理化，控制其占用体积，方便放置与携带以增加产品优势。

相对传统几种材质的哑铃，该产品的使用可以减少橡胶、钢铁材质的使用，减少了对高污染行业的需求，符合当今绿色环保的社会主题，高质量的储水哑铃片外壳可以做到对人体无损害，更是避免了现如今哑铃产品对人体皮肤的危害（老化电镀膜、橡胶脱落）。注水哑铃产品设计:http://www.youerw.com/yishu/lunwen_95260.html
