摘要伴随市场竞争的加剧与制造技术的发展，当今市场上的产品功能日趋完善。但是产品的多样功能一体化带来了产品界面复杂、操作困难等可用性问题。产品的可用性研究应运而生。

针对传统研究方法的不足之处，本论文采用眼动追踪的实验方法，对办公设备进行可用性测试，以求得到真实、客观的数据，快速准确的发现问题。研究选取办公设备类目下的常用设备——打印机为研究对象，利用眼动追踪技术追踪被测试人员的眼动轨迹，通过记录、分析用户在使用打印机过程中的眼睛注视点、扫描轨迹、兴趣区注视时间等眼动绩效指标，构建用户的眼动操作模型，发现用户在打印机操作过程中遇到的问题与障碍，找到打印机交互界面的可用性问题并提出改善措施。81914

Research on usability of office equipment 

Abstract With the aggravation of the market competition and the development of manufacture technology, the products’ function becomes more and more perfect。 However, the integration of the products’ function brings about the complexity of the product interface, operational difficulties and other usability issues。 Product usability research arises at the historic moment。 

In view of the shortcomings of traditional research methods, this paper use the experimental approach of eye tracking, for which we can get true and accurate data and catch issues quickly。 The paper selected the commonly used office equipment - printers as the research object, analyzing the eye movement patterns, eye fixation points and other eye movement indicators。 Finally, the paper constructs eye movement model and discovers the problems during the using process and the usability issues of the printer’s interface。 It also puts forward the measures for improvement。
