摘   要胶体金免疫层析技术在妇女妊娠、传染病、药物滥用、疾病相关蛋白检测等领域有着广泛的应用。相比于其他快速诊断技术，其拥有着灵敏性高，特异性好，方便快捷，稳定性好等优点，因此深受医学领域的青睐。88889

在现代生活中，人类感染的一些疾病，比如浅表性胃炎、十二指肠溃疡、胃溃疡、慢性萎缩性胃炎等都是由于人体感染了幽门螺旋杆菌引起的。这类疾病是后天感染的，及早发现及早治疗是很有必要的。

本文主要围绕利用胶体金免疫层析技术调试出最佳的体外诊断试剂来检测幽门螺旋杆菌，达到快速检测，准确诊断的效果。

Abstract Colloidal gold immune chromatography technology has been widely used in women pregnancy, infectious disease, drug abusing, disease related to protein detection and other fields。 Compared to other rapid diagnostic technologies, its advantages are high sensitivity, good specificity and good stability。 So this method is widely used in the medical field。 

In modern life, some infectious diseases, such as superficial gastritis, duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, chronic atrophic gastritis are caused by the human body infecting with h。 pylori。 This kind of disease is the acquired infection。 It’s necessary to find it early and treat it early。

In this paper, we focus on the use of colloidal gold immune chromatography technology to determine the best diagnostic reagents in vitro for the detection of h。 pylori。
