摘要头孢拉定，别名：先锋霉素Ⅵ、头孢菌素Ⅵ等，是第一代头孢菌素类抗生素。由于头孢拉定耐酸，所以对胃酸稳定，它同时既可供口服，也可供注射使用。再加上头孢拉定抗菌谱广、抗菌能力强，以及对β-内酰胺酶耐受且具有口服吸收好、在体内血药浓度高等优点，头孢拉定成为了半合成头孢菌素中的重要品种之一。其临床上对多种感染具有明显的疗效，综其各优点，它不仅在人医临床应用上极为广泛，其在兽医临床上的价值近年来也得到行业认可，对于兽医临床也具有非常大的价值。于2012年，头孢拉定的胶囊剂、片剂正式列入了《国家基本药物品种》（2012版）。
