摘要随着我国经济的发展，社区医务人员在社区中作用愈来愈重要，尤其是新社区医务准则实施以来，社区医务人员需求问题逐渐暴露出来，这些问题不仅直接影响到社区的改革进程、经济效益及发展，还会有碍于市场经济的健康稳定发展。为适应新形势、新时代发展的需要，不断提升业务素质，并且不断加强社区医务人员的培训及继续教育是非常必要的。本文在调查无锡市惠山区社区医务人员需求现状的基础上，深入分析我国社区医务人员需求存在的问题,并针对性的提出了社区医务人员供给策略。81073

ABSTRACT With the development of economy of our country, community health workers in the community becoming more important, especially since the implementation of the new community health standards and community demand for medical personnel problems gradually exposed, these problems not only directly affect the process of the reform of community and economic benefits and development, but also hinder the healthy and stable development of the market economy。 In order to meet the needs of the new situation and the development of the new era, it is necessary to continuously improve the quality of the service, and constantly improve the training and continuing education of the community medical staff。 Based on the survey of the status quo of community medical personnel in Huishan District of Wuxi City, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the needs of the community medical personnel, and puts forward the strategies for the community medical staff。

（一）研究缘起
