摘要:TFA(三氟乙酸)及其衍生物,包括酐、酯、过酸等在有机化学和生物化学中是非常有用的试剂,因此在含氟羧酸类化合物中占有较重要地位。苯并环状化合物及其衍生物可以应用于医药,植物生长调节剂,食品添加剂,印染等许多领域中。在合成化学中,有机化学家也常常通过它们作为合成复杂天然或非天然产物的关键中间体。TFA可以作为催化剂,催化苯并噻唑环的关环。本次实验主要是以含有不同取代基的苄硫醇类化合物为基础,分别通过SN2亲核取代反应,还原反应和环化反应,最后得到合成噻唑类化合物所需前体, 而最终得到的苯并噻唑类化合物可作为Rho相关激酶(ROCK-II)抑制剂。实验的最后阶段我们会对所得到的噻唑类化合物的产率进行统计,同时确定产物的纯度,以确定TFA的催化效果,并论证其在实验过程中的催化作用的优越性。6363

Research of TFA promoted Intramolecular Cyclization Reaction
Abstract:TFA(trifuoroacetic acid) and its derivatives,including anhydrides,esters,and so on,are useful reagents in organic chemistry and biochenistery,and are important in fluorine-containing carboxlic compounds.Cyclic compounds of benzene and its derivatives were used in medicines,plant growth regulators,food additives,dyeing printing and many other areas.In synthetic chemistry,organic chemist often used them as key intermediates of complex natural and unnatural products. TFA can be used to build up benzothiazole ring as a catalyst. This experiment started from benzyl mercaptane compounds containing different substitutions,then respectively by dehydogenation reaction,reduction,and cyclization reaction obtained the synthesized precursor of thiazole compounds. and the resulting benzothiazole compounds can be used as Rho-associated kinase(ROCK-II)inhibitors. Final stage of the experiment, we will statistic yield of the thiazole compound while determining the purity of the product, to determine the catalytic effect of TFA, and demonstrate its superiority of catalysis during the experiment.
