摘要犬子宫蓄脓是指犬子宫腔内有大量的脓液积聚不易排出，并伴有子宫内膜囊泡性增值的一种急性或慢性产科疾病，常发生于成年母犬发情后期或间情期。为了解徐州地区犬子宫蓄脓的发生、流行病学和防治情况，本研究在10月到的2月之间对徐州市铜山博斯特动物疾病研究所和爱慕宠物医院接诊的宠物犬进行调查，对患犬子宫蓄脓症的病犬进行相应的病史调查、临床检查以及实验室诊断和治疗。结果发现，犬子宫蓄脓与年龄和是否生育这些因素有关。患病犬表现出精神抑郁、食欲不佳和阴道有脓性分泌物流出等症状。血常规指标没有明显变化。B超检测可见大面积的阴影暗区，边界明显，其中一处液性暗区呈现均匀分布的斑状中等强度回声。X光检测显示子宫饱满充盈，呈现圆形，并且其界限清晰，腹部明显膨胀。目前，B超检测是最为实用快捷的诊断方法。治疗子宫蓄脓可以分为保守疗法和手术疗法，经过手术疗法的病犬，术后要严格依据医生开的处方药进行术后恢复。病犬恢复后，要时刻注意保持阴部卫生，保持适当的运动，避免复发。研究徐州地区犬子宫蓄脓症的临床症状以及病因，这将给本地区犬子宫蓄脓症的防治工作提供参考，具有一定的应用价值。41457

Diagnosis and Treatment of Canine Uterine Abscess
Abstract
Canine uterine abscess is a kind of acute or chronic obstetric disease, which is not easy to be expelled from the uterine cavity with a large amount of pus, and it often occurs in adult estrous or diestrous stage. In order to understand the occurrence, epidemiology, prevention and treatment of canine uterine abscess in Xuzhou area, we made a survey of pet dog in Xuzhou Best Animal Disease Research Institute and AM Pet hospital from October 2015 to February 2016. we investingated the relative medical history, clinical examination, laboratory diagnosis and treatment of dogs with canine uterine abscess. Results showed that the canine uterus was a kind of disease related to the age and the birth history. The disease dog looked like bad mental state with poor appetite and the vagina had purulent sex secretion to flow out. The blood routine index didn’t have obvious fluctuation.B ultrasound detected a large area of dark shadow with obvious boundary, and the one liquid dark area showed moderate echo uniform distribution. From the X light detection, the uterus showed a Full circle shape and the limit was clearly. The abdomen was obvious expand. At present, B ultrasound detection is the most practical and rapid diagnostic method. Treatment of uterine abscess can be pided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment. After surgical treatment of the disease, the dog should be strictly in accordance with the doctor prescribed prescription drugs for postoperative recovery. We research the clinical symptoms and causes of dogs in Xuzhou area, which will provide reference for the prevention and treatment of canine uterine abscess in the local area.
