摘要：本文通过查阅相关的文献和资料，设计以以3-氨基-2-[（2’-氰基联苯-4-基）甲基]氨基苯甲酸甲酯（AZ-5）、原碳酸四乙酯等为原料，经环合、加成、缩合、环合、水解等五步反应得阿奇沙坦粗品，再经精制得阿奇沙坦成品。在给定工艺参数的条件下，对阿奇沙坦的环合工序与加成工序进行了详细的设计阐述，给出设计说明书。环合工序是以AZ-5和原碳酸四乙酯为原料进行环合反应生成AZ-6。加成工序是以环合产物AZ-6与盐酸羟胺为原料进行加成反应生成AZ-7。本设计的主要成果为物料衡算、能量衡算、设备选型、公用工程主管的管径计算、车间布置、GMP阐述和行政法规执行措施，绘制了工艺管道及仪表流程图、工艺管道及仪表流程图例和工艺设备平面布置图。73072

Process Design of Annual Production of 25t Acefloxac and Synthesis Process

Abstract: This paper was designed by referring to the related literature and data to prepare 3-amino-2 - [(2'-cyanobiphenyl-4-yl) methyl] aminobenzoate (AZ-5) Tetraethyl ester and other raw materials, by the ring together, addition, condensation, cyclization, hydrolysis and other five-step reaction was anecalcine crude, and then refined by anecasan finished。 Under the condition of given process parameters, the process of forming and adding process of alselan tan is described in detail, and the design specification is given。 Cyclization process is AZ-5 and tetraethyl orthosilicate as raw materials for cyclization reaction to produce AZ-6。 Addition process is the synthesis of AZ-6 and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as raw materials for the formation of AZ-7。 The main results of this design are material balance, energy balance, equipment selection, pipe diameter calculation, workshop layout, GMP description and administrative regulations implementation measures, drawing process pipelines and instrument flow chart, process piping and instrumentation Flow chart and process equipment plan。
