摘要随着高新技术的发展以及信息时代到来,智能化的概念已经充斥在社会各阶层之中,智能化的产品不仅在工业、生活中已经被广泛应用。智能化已经给人们带来了极大的便利。智能风扇也就是在这个背景下发展起来的。智能风扇是不需要人的控制,风扇就可以自身根据外界温度变化来调节转速,从而达到一种智能控制的目的。84700
本设计是一个基于51单片机的智能风扇控制系统,系统主要以STC89C52RC单片机和DS18B20传感器为核心,通过DS18B20温度传感器来采集外界的温度,同时将温度显示在LED数码管上,然后将传感器采集来的温度值模数转化后传送给系统主控单片机,单片机对数据进行分析,然后通过I/O口来输出不同占空比的PWM波形,通过不同占空比的PWM波形可以控制风扇的电机以不同的转速进行转动,用户还可以通过按键来设置温度的上下限值,根据检测到的外界温度与设置的温度上下限值做比较,风扇就可以进入不转动、慢速转动、全速转动的不同状态中。

This design is a based on 51 single chip microcomputer intelligent fan control system。 The system is mainly to stc89c52rc MCU and DS18B20 sensor as the core, through the temperature sensor DS18B20 to collect outside temperature, While the temperature on the LED digital display tube ,then the temperature sensor acquisition value analog-to-digital conversion and then transmitted to the system main control MCU, MCU for data analysis and through the I / O ports to output different duty ratio of PWM waveform, by the different duty ratio PWM waveform can control the fan motor at different speed of rotation。Users can also set the upper and lower limits of the temperature through the key, based on comparing the sensed temperature and the set upper and lower limits of the outside temperature, can enter the fan does not rotate, rotates slowly, different states of the full operating speed。
