摘要人类的建筑物,被建筑师不断的刷新了新的高度。而上下楼逐渐成为一件麻烦的事。电梯,正是人们为了免去上下楼的劳累而创造出来的。电梯与人们的生活已经密不可分。现在主流的电梯控制技术是可编程控制器控制和微机控制,并且越来越智能化。可编程控制器使用起来故障率低,正常工作时间长,因此被广泛应用于电梯控制系统中。84853
本文采用的是模块化和仿真设计的方法。本文主要介绍了四层电梯的构造与原理,并介绍了电梯的控制器——可编程控制器。设计出了四层电梯系统的整体控制方案,然后确定I/O接口数目,对可编程控制器进行了选型。然后通过分析电梯的运行过程,设计出运行流程图,采用模块化对梯形图编写,设计出电梯控制程序。最后通过组态王设计组态界面,对整个系统进行仿真调试。
调试时,在组态监控界面实现对仿真PLC的操控,完成了虚拟电梯的功能测试。调试结果表明,仿真的PLC电梯能够响应呼梯信号,实现截梯,电梯的加减速,开关门功能等。
结果说明,基于PLC的电梯系统可靠性好,构造简单,能够满足日常使用。

Abstract Human buildings refresh the new height by the architect constantly。 It becomes a problem to go up and down the stairs。 The elevator, it was invented by human in order to avoid the fatigue of go up and down the stairs。 People's life is inseparable from the elevator。 Now the mainstream of the elevator control technology is programmable logic controller and microcomputer control, and more intelligent。 The programmable controller was used in the elevator control system with low failure rate and long normal working hours。
This paper uses the method of modularization and simulation design。 This paper mainly introduces the structure and principle of the four floors elevator, and introduces the controller of the elevator is PLC。 And designing the overall control scheme of the four floors elevator system, then determined the number of I/O interface, and choosing the type of programmable controller。 Then through the analysis of the operation process of the elevator, designed the operation flow chart, used the modular to programming the ladder diagram。 Finally, through the software design configuration interface, simulation testing and debugging the whole system。
During the debugging, can control the simulation PLC in the configuration monitoring interface, completed function test of the virtual elevator。 Debugging results show that the simulation PLC elevator can respond to the call signal, interrupt the elevator, acceleration and deceleration, open and close door。
The design shows that the elevator system based on PLC has good reliability, simple structure, and can meet the daily use。
