热泵式干衣机控制方法研究

摘要随着人们生活水平提高，干衣技术也在普及推广。家用干衣机在日本及西方发达国家已经比较普及。我国气候潮湿地区也开始有该方面需求。热泵技术在家用空调，热水器等领域已有普及，其节能效果突出。将其运用在干衣机上可大大减少能耗。84896

本论文对现有电加热干衣机的系统原理，以及干衣过程进行了一定程度的分析，表述了现有电加热式干衣机其存在的不足之处。借此引出拥有高效节能与环保两大优势的热泵式干衣机。热泵式干衣机在国内外科研人员的开发研究下，已出现了多种类型的热泵式干衣机，论文分析了基于不同原理的热泵式干衣机各自的特点，并分别进行了系统介绍，工作原理的说明，以及工作过程的详细分析。

在对系统进行分析后，介绍了几种热泵式干衣机的控制方法，进行参照对比。指出其控制系统的研发还有发展与改进的空间。本论文的目的就在于，了解热泵式干衣机的工作原理及系统，以及研究热泵式干衣机的控制参数与控制方法。发现现有的控制方法中的优点与不足。并借此设计一套热泵式干衣机的测控系统，以及其中的控制逻辑与控制策略。通过对热泵式干衣机控制方法的研究，能够了解如今所学知识在实际工程中的应用，并通过实际应用加深对专业知识的理解。
