阳极支撑微管固体氧化物燃料电池长度对其性能的影响

摘 要与传统的发电方式相比,固体氧化物燃料电池降低了能量转化过程中的损耗,也减少了污染。固体氧化物燃料电池研究涵盖了工程热力学、反应动力学、电化学反应、电荷传输和质量传输等学科领域,单单通过实验的方法研究成本太高,而且真正实施起来难度较大。通过数值仿真,可以很直观的了解燃料电池的工作过程,理解燃料电池长度以及其他各个方面对燃料电池性能的影响。

第一章对燃料电池进行了简单的介绍,从原理以及优缺点等方面着手进行介绍。然后介绍了燃料电池的热力学过程、反应动力学过程、电荷传输以及质量传输。84899

第二章建立了微管SOFC数学模型,得到了氢气分布、氧气分布、水分布、阴极电势分布、阳极电势分布,并且分析了这些关键物理场的分布特点,为接下来的研究打下了基础。

第三章分析了电池长度、温度及管内径对电池性能的影响。发现电流密度随着电池长度的增加而减小,但是其减小幅度随着电池长度的增加而减小。温度越高电池欧姆电阻越小,从而电池性能越高。随着管内径的增大,电流密度减小,因为内径越大电池欧姆电阻越大,电流传输消耗越大。

结论部分对全文进行了总结。

Abstract Compared with the traditional power generation,solid oxide fuel cell reduced energy losses in the conversion process。 It also reduce the pollution to protect the environment。The solid oxide fuel cell research covers thermodynamics, reaction kinetics,eletrochemical reaction ,charge transfer and mass transfer, etc。Only by experiment research costs are too high and truly implement is too difficult。So we usually use numerical modeling and simulation。We can be very intuitively understand that the operating process of fuel cell and the impact of lengths。

The first chapter made a simple introduction of 。It describes the development of fuel cell,as well as the principle of fuel cell and fuel cell’s advantages and disadvantages。The introduction also includes the thermodynamic process of the fuel cell, the reaction kinetics, mass transfer and charge transport。

In the second chapter we made a mathematical model and derived the distribution of the oxygen and hydrogen in the anode or in the cathode。And the potential distribution in the anode or in the cathode also can be get。And we made the analysis of these physics to learn their feature。All of these is the foundation of the next research。

The third chapter analyzes the impact of the length,temperature and tube diameter of the battery on the battery performance。 It found that the current density increases with the length decreasing。But the amplitude decreased with length of the battery increasing 。 When the temperature of the battery is higher and the ohmic resistance is smaller,the battery performance is higher。As the tube diameter increases, current density is reduced。Because of the larger inner diameter,the current transfer consumption is greater。
