摘要如今，机械工业飞速发展，包装机械的种类也纷繁复杂，纸箱包装机械是包装机械的一个非常有代表性的分支，不仅可以减少了大量的人力物力，提高生产效率，而且使用纸箱包装机包装产品可减轻劳动强度，适应大规模生产的需要，并满足清洁卫生的要求，在箱子过大，物品过重的情况下，人力不能完成，这时候，机械生产起到了关键的作用。在生产大发展的背景下，为应对社会竞争，手工开箱，封箱，包物，已不能满足生产的需要。为此，需要研制出具有自动化、精度化、效率化自动包装机械的机械结构和控制系统，以解决超大纸箱的自动包装，物品的自动膜包这一问题。84919

本文讲述的是全自动封闭式超大型纸箱包装线控制系统设计。全自动指的是该包装机不仅整个工作过程是全自动的，而且可以适应一定尺寸范围的纸箱包装。封闭式指的是每个纸箱的拼接叠合处都采用胶带密封，要包装的物品也采用封闭式膜包，并且热收缩定型。超大型指的是该箱子最大尺寸满足1200*1200*750，基本可以满足很多产品的要求。本文包括研究背景、现状、意义和包装机的控制说明书。控制说明书就根据纸箱、物品包装的原理，进行了总体设计，确定了系统的设计方案，确定采用三菱PLC进行控制。形成了包括开箱、膜包、传送、封箱等在内的系统。然后针对各部分，对包装线进行了时间安排，对传送带的带速，电机的转速以及电机节拍的时间进行分析计算，并对气压缸进行了气力分析，之后对各控制器械进行选型。在对控制系统的具体设计中，有控制线路的设计，I/O接口的设计，I/O口的地址分配，梯形图，最后再对程序进行模拟仿真。

目前，纸箱包装机的控制系统已经完成，也通过软件对程序进行了模拟仿真，完全可以完成纸箱的包装，实现了全自动超大纸箱封闭式包装的目标，从而提高生产效率。
