稳定、高效的风力发电系统的研发己经成为新能源技术范围之内的热门。然而,因为风能特点是扰乱性、能量质量低和不确定性等特征,与之相关的还有各种硬件建设和软件控制的问题。因此对风机组研究就十分有意义,其中对大型风机组的控制技术的研究更有实际意义。
风力发电的设计运用PLC控制系统。维持和监控风力发电机偏航系统、齿轮箱、液压系统,发电机工作是它的最终要求。选择合适的控制方法,让系统运行的更加稳定,能有效提升风能的利用率。在风电功率控制系统中,风电功率控制和变桨距系统和控制有着决定的关系。本文首先分析风力发电机组的总体结构和变桨距控制原理及特点。介绍变桨距系统的分类,即电动变桨距系统和液压变桨距系统。介绍了变桨距的控制方式可分为统一变桨距系统和独立变桨距系统,并对两者进行了描述。结合实际和本内容,我们选用电动变桨距系统。用MATLAB中的simulink进行建模和仿真。
