摘要由于结构原理、材料等原因,许多现成动态测量系统的动态特性可能不尽如人意。如果为它们配上合适的动态特性补偿滤波器,则可在一定的范围内改善合成测量系统的动态性能,满足工程应用需要。
本文针对动态模拟补偿滤波器中某些数字电位器及模拟开关控制要求设计了相应的补偿滤波器数字化控制单元。包括主要器件的选型及控制硬件电路的完整设计,还有控制软件的设计及编写。通过实验调试验证了所设计的数字化控制单元的工作性能,结果表明所完成的基于ATmega8单片机和X9221数字电位器的数字化控制单元基本达到了设计要求。最后对进一步完善该控制单元功能提出了建议。20673

Title Design and Application of Dynamic Analog Compensation Filters (The digital control unit design)
Abstract
Due to the structural principle, materials and other reasons, many dynamic characteristics of the existing dynamic measurement system may not be satisfactory. If they are accompanied by the appropriate dynamic analog compensation filters, the synthesis of the dynamic measurement system will be improved within a certain range to meet the needs fo engineering applications.
In this paper, For some of dynamic analog compensation filter’s digital potentiometer and the control request of analog switch, the control unit of analog compensation filters are be designed. Including the selection of the main components, complete design of the controlling of hardware circuit and the design and preparation of control Software. Through experimental testing, performance of the designed digital control unit is be verified. The results show that digital control unit based on ATmega8 microcontroller and X9221 digital potentiometer is basically meet the design requirements. Finally, to further improve the control unit functions, suggestions are proposed.
