摘要随着现代工艺的发展,人们对产品质量的要求越来越高,而生产过程中的温度值对质量的影响至关重要。在诸多条件恶劣、危险的环境中,无法实现现场的测量监视系统,本文的目标就是搭建一个远程温度监测并对数据实时显示、分析、存储的系统。
该系统以计算机平台为基础,利用虚拟仪器技术,在两台通过网络相连接的计算机上分别设置采集端与监控端。采集端方面,实现了多点温度和对应系统时间的采集和传输,监控端则对接受到的数据进行读取和分析,并显示到用户界面上,为了排除采集过程中的信号干扰,还对最终的信号进行了滤波。为了方便用户对所采集到温度值的调用和分析,监控端将温度值和其对应的采集时间实时存储到文本文件中。20781
通过程序的运行和调试证明,该系统能够实时地对采集数据进行传输、显示、分析和存储,并具有扩展性高、操作简单、用户界面友好等优点。

Title Design of remote temperature acquisition system based on virtual instrument
Abstract
With the development of technology, people put forward the higher
requirements for quality, while the temperature value is very important
for the quality. In many dangerous situations people can not collect value
at the scene. The goal of this dissertation is to set up a remote temperature
monitoring system and it can real-time display and storage of data .
The system is based on the computer platform and uses the technology of
virtual instrument. The acquisition terminal and the monitoring end are
connected through network.Acquisition terminal realizes acquisition and
transmission of the multi point temperature and the correspondingtime. The
monitoring end reads and analyzes the received data and displays it to the
user. In order to exclude the interference signal in the process of
collecting, datas are also eventually filtered. In order to facilitate the
user to recall and analyze the collected temperature values, value and its
corresponding acquisition time are stored in a text file in real time.
Proved by running and debugging programs, the system is able to realize
the real-time transmission, display, analysis and storage of data. It has
the advantages of high expansibility, simple operation and friendly user
interface.
