摘 要:电梯是一种重要的交通运输设备,又是比较复杂的机、电结合成一体的大型工业产品,既有完善的机械专用构造,又有复杂的电气控制部分。由PLC控制的电梯(模型)自动控制系统是楼宇自动控制、工业过程控制的典型实例,是PLC、电气控制等课程实践教学的理想研究对象。
本文针对实验室现有的PC-JX五层电梯模型,设计开发该电梯模型的PLC控制系统,保证该电梯模型能够可靠有效地运行。本文首先对电梯PLC控制系统的组成、功能进行了系统分析。在此基础上利用梯形图实现了信号综合、定向控制、停层控制、开/关门控制等功能。所有这些功能的有机结合保证了电梯模型在PLC控制下稳定、协调、有序、可靠的运行。实验表明,电梯模型在PLC控制下运行情况良好,从而验证了所设计的电梯模型控制系统的可行性和正确性。21296
尽管本文作了不少工作,但在电梯模型的实际应用中,还有如控制策略的优化、上位机监控等工作有待于进一步开展。

The multi-layered elevator control design of Siemens PLC
Abstract:Elevator is a kind of important equipments which realizes transportation,as well as large industrial products which combines machine and electricity complexly.It has perfect machine structure for special use and complexly electrical control components.The elevator(model) automatic control system,which is controlled by PLC,is a classical example for industrial process and building automation control and an ideal study target about the practical teaching for the courses such as PLC and electrical control.
According to the PC-JX elevator model of five floors in Automation Laboratory,PLC control system of elevator model is developed in order to make sure its reliable and effective run.This paper systematically analyzes the combination and function of PLC control system.And then signals synthesis,directional control, stopping at certain storey,door control are accomplished by using the ladder diagram.All functions combines closely each other to make its working stable, coordinate,orderly and reliable.The experiment result dedicates the design and implementation for PLC control system of five-floor elevator model in the paper is correct and practical.
Though a lot of research work have been done in this paper,there are still lots of problems to be studied and improved, for example,the improvement of control strategy and implement of computer-monitored etc.
