摘要智能电动轮椅是移动机器人的一个重要发展方向,具有灵活、可靠、智能等特点,是老人、残疾人等行动不便人士最好的代步工具。随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对智能电动轮椅的期望越来越高,更加注重舒适、高性能、安全等因素。以单片机等低速控制器为核心的硬件设计已经不能满足人们的要求,智能电动轮椅硬件的更新迫在眉睫。论文为智能电动轮椅设计了一款性能可靠、响应快速、实时性好的控制系统。87434
综合考虑各种类型芯片的性能,选用DSP作为智能电动轮椅控制系统的主控芯片。围绕主控芯片设计了许多外围电路,包括扩展SRAM模块、扩展FLASH模块、电源模块、SCI模块、CAN模块、USB模块、ADC保护电路及JTAG接口等模块,并细致介绍了各个模块的原理和设计过程。
在原理图的基础上,利用ALTIUM DESIGNER软件,通过手动布局和手动布线,设计出双层PCB,并对设计的PCB进行设计规则检查。通过设计规则检查,说明绘制的PCB符合设计规则。

Title The hardware design of general mobile robot
Abstract Intelligent electric wheelchair which has the characteristics of flexible, reliable and intelligent is an important development direction of the mobile robot and it is the best mean of transport to the elderly and the disabled。 With the improvement of living standards, people attach more expectation on intelligent electric wheelchair and expect it more comfortable, higher performance。 The hardware design of the low speed controller, such as single chip microcomputer, has been unable to meet the requirements of the intelligent electric wheelchair。 It is necessary to update the hardware of intelligent electric wheelchair。 This paper designed a control system with reliable performance, fast response and good real-time performance。
Considering the performance of various types of chips, DSP is chosen as the main control chip of the intelligent electric wheelchair’s control system。 Many peripheral circuits are designed based on the main control chip design, including SRAM module, Flash module, power module, SCI module, CAN module, USB module, ADC protection circuit and JTAG interface and the paper introduces the principle and design process of each module。
On the basis of the principle diagram, using DESIGNER ALTIUM software drew a double PCB。 Through the design rules check, the design of PCB is found to conform to the design rules。
