摘要温度控制在日常生活是一个重要的技术指标,对温度控制的技术参数地整定也是生活中、工业中、生产加工中一个重要的环节,采用不同的控制方式,可以实现相似的控制效果,本文采用微控制器中最基础的51单片机作为控制核心,实现对温度的最优化控制,通过硬件电路的设计和软件程序的设计实现对采集温度的高精度控制。
本文硬件电路设计采用STC89C52单片机作为控制器,通过数字式温度传感器DS18B20对温度进行采集,加热驱动电路的设计,实现对温度的采集、分析、处理和最优化控制。软件采用C51语言进行程序编写,在程序编写过程中采用模块化程序设计思想,便于程序的调试,缩短整体开发的时间。对于采集的温度采用PID控制算法进行处理,通过PWM形成对被控对象的控制,满足对温度的控制速度和精度要求。87968
系统通过硬件电路的设计、软件程序的编写与调试,在实验室中进行运行,在系统稳定工作的前提下,提高系统的控制精度与响应速度,从而达到对温度的恒温度控制。

Abstract Temperature control in daily life is one of the most important technical indicators, technical parameter of temperature control setting is the life, production and processing industry, an important link, using different control methods, can achieve the same effect, this paper uses 51 microcontroller as the control core of the foundation of the micro controller, realizing optimization of temperature control, the design of hardware circuit and software program of the high precision control of temperature acquisition。
In this paper, the hardware circuit design uses STC89C52 microcontroller as controller, digital temperature controller DS18B20 for temperature acquisition, drive circuit design of power, to achieve temperature acquisition, analysis, processing and optimization control。 The software uses the C51 language to carry on the programming, uses the modular programming idea in the programming process, is advantageous for the procedure debugging, enhances the overall development time。 The PID control algorithm is used to deal with the collected temperature, and the control of the controlled object is formed by PWM to meet the requirements of the speed and precision of temperature control。
