超高射频发射器发射过程内弹道性能分析及参数计算

摘要金属风暴是一种超高射频武器系统,它采用了最新的火炮发射原理,颠覆了原有的火炮发射概念。它的主要特点在于多发弹丸串联预装填,在点火控制装置的控制下,火药依次点燃,按照预定射频进行连续射击。低速发射条件下内弹道过程相对简单、单一;但在发射频率较高时,串联弹丸原本单一的内弹道过程会受到其他弹丸运动以及火药燃气的影响。本文对这一内弹道问题进行了探讨和研究,具体内容包括:
a)在了解和掌握超高射频发射器的发射原理后,提出了合理的物理假设,列出了反映膛内过程的数学模型;
b)针对建立的数学模型,采用龙格库塔数值方法,使用Visual Basic程序,对发射器的发射过程、膛内各参量变化进行了仿真计算,使用Origin软件完成了绘图工作来呈现仿真结果;
c)分析了发射频率、行程长、装药量、药室容积等装填参量对发射过程的影响;23763
d)分别对低频单发和高频连发情况进行了数值模拟计算,分析了不同发射频率对系统内弹道特性的影响,特别是高频连发情形下弹丸之间的相互影响。

Title  Analysis and Parameter Calculation of Interior Ballistics Characteristics of the Ultra RF Transmitter Emission Process          
Abstract
Metal Storm is an ultra-high radio frequency weapon system, which uses the latest artillery emission principle, to subvert the original concept of the launching artillery. Its main feature is a series of multiple pre-filled projectiles, under the control of the ignition control device, in turn ignited gunpowder, according to a predetermined radio frequency continuous shooting. Under conditions of low emission trajectory in the process is relatively simple; However, at higher firing frequency, the series had a single bullet in the process will be subject to other ballistic projectile motion and the impact of gunpowder gas. In this paper, this issue was discussed in the ballistic and research, which specifically includes:
a) After understanding and knowledge of ultra-high radio frequency transmitter emission principle put forward reasonable physical assumptions listed mathematical model reflecting the bore process;
b) For the mathematical model, the use of Runge-Kutta numerical method, using Visual Basic procedures for transmitter emission process, changes in various parameters bore simulation calculations using Origin software to complete the mapping work to render the simulation results;
c) The influence of firing frequency, stroke length, loading dose, the loading chamber volume and other parameters of the emission process;
d)Respectively, for the low-frequency and high-frequency bursts of single numerical simulation conducted to analyze the influence of different emission frequencies ballistic characteristics of the system, especially the interaction between the high-frequency bursts of projectile case.
