摘要:随着工业控制自动化技术的发展,计算机自动控制在现代制造领域中的作用越来越明显,解决了生产效率与一致性问题。目前我国工业控制自动化技术、产业和应用都有了很大的发展,工业控制自动化技术正在向智能化、网络化和集成化的方向发展。窑炉行业是一种高温高危行业,工人现场操作有较高的危险性,自动化控制可以大大降低其危险性。自动化控制在窑炉行业中的作用更加明显。隧道窑因其稳定高效的性能,成为耐火材料生产中的一种重要烧成设备,其自动化控制的实现能大大提高生产效率,降低工人劳动强度。23821
本文通过分析隧道窑的结构和工作原理,制定了一套可行性较强的隧道窑自动化控制方案。该方案从生产工艺的控制方法,窑炉安全生产的防护措施,温度控制系统等方面对隧道窑自动化控制进行了研究与设计。
本设计方案在隧道窑中实现。该隧道窑以煤为燃料,主要烧制产品为陶瓷,最高烧制温度为1300℃。控制器以西门子S7-200 PLC和智能仪表为主温度、压力通过PID自动调节控制,以力控组态软件为整个主要系统软件实现了隧道窑生产的自动化控制。

Abstract:With the development of industrial control automation technology, the computer automatically control in modern manufacturing is increasingly important in solving problem of production efficiency and consistency. China's industrial control automation technology has been greatly developed, which is developing toward intelligent, networked and integrated direction. Kiln is a high-temperature and high-risk industry, whose operators will run a higher risk in the field. Automation control can greatly reduce the risk. With stable and efficient performance, the tunnel kiln becomes a kind of important firing equipment in the production of refractory materials. Achieving automatic control of the tunnel kiln can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
In this paper, analyzing the structure and work principle of the tunnel kiln, a strong set of feasibility the tunnel kiln automation control program is developed. The production process control method, kiln production safety protection measures and temperature control are taken into consideration during the research and design.
The design was implemented in a tunnel kiln. The tunnel kiln’s main firing product is ceramics, using coal as the fuel, whose maximum firing temperature is 1300 ° C. Controllers are Siemens S7-200 PLC and intelligent instrument-based. The temperature and pressure of the Tunnel kiln is controlled by PID automatic control system. The automation control of Tunnel kiln was achieved.
