摘 要：在企业的发展进程中，财务管理扮演着不可或缺的角色，且越发的重要起来。在本篇文章中，以恩华药业集团为例，利用企业信息披露的财务报表，有附注、利润表、现金流量表、资产负债表等财务数据，通过比率分析法，分析其几项重要的财务比率之间存在的内在联系，使企业高层们能够更确切地清楚了解到企业当前的财务状况。比率分析法，就是通过对同一期财务报表上几项相互关联的数据或相邻几期的财务报表中相同指标数据进行相互之间的计算分析对比，得出一系列具有逻辑关系且具有特定意义的财务比率，以此用来评价企业的财务状况、现金流量以及经营成果的一种方式方法，是财务分析中不可缺少且最为重要的一项工具。90800
