摘要当前社会是交通设施引领出行的时代，但是伴随着生活水平的不同，人们选择的出行方式也不同。城市居民的出行方式选择是多层次的，多样化的。因此，我们需要对影响出行方式的因素进行分析。私家车拥有者作为城市居民的重要组成部分，其出行方式的选择也间接代表着大部分城市居民。一个较为具有代表性的出行方式影响因素数据分析以及调查，是解决交通问题、控制私家车数量的重要参考依据。26081

Title Private car owners research to the influential factors of urban transportation mode choice
Abstract
The current society, is the age of transportation lead travel. With the standard of living, people choose different way to travel. Urban residents travel mode choice is multi-level, persified. Therefore, we need to analyze the factors, which affect the way to travel. Private car owners as an important part of urban residents，the choice of the way to travel is also indirectly represents the most city residents. One of the more representative way to travel factors affecting data analysis and investigation, to solve the traffic problem in the future and urban development has important significance.
Based on the current situation of the development of urban traffic, it summarizes the multiple factors that affect urban residents travel mode choice; Review is given on the factors influencing residents' travel mode and analysis of several common factors; This paper introduces a few model about the research and analysis of main factors affecting the way to travel, established for future traffic facilities planning and urban transportation development to provide important reference data; Disaggregate methods are adopted in transportation choice MNL model is established.
