摘要:船舶自动识别系统(AIS)是一种由国际海事组织(IMO)制定的海上安全和船舶交通系统。该系统由VHF数据链向外广播与接收船舶信息,实现船-船之间,船-岸之间信息的实时、快速交流,大大加强了海上船舶的实时监控管理和海上航行的生命财产安全。

基于AIS的船舶监控系统采用AIS系统、电子海图和信息系统来控制和监测配有AIS设备的所有船只。控制中心通过串口收到AIS信息电文,然后发送到船舶AIS数据库中储存,同时通过显示终端送到电子海图上实时显示。用户只要通过读取AIS数据库就可以从电子海图上查看和获得有关船只的信息。

本文首先分析了本课题研究的背景与意义以及AIS发展现状,其后从AIS的构成和功能、AIS的网络体系结构、工作原理以及AIS的接口协议整体介绍了船舶自动系统,然后根据AIS系统实现的具体功能提出了系统总体设计方案。论文的最后一章介绍了基于AIS海上船舶监控系统的实现步骤,重点介绍了AIS信息电文的解析流程和信息显示方法。本论文使用VS2008对MapX控件编程,实现在地图上显示船舶的动静态信息。

Abstract:Automatic Identification System (AIS) is a maritime transportation safety system developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). This system broadcasts and receives the corresponding information through the VHF data link, realizes the real-time and rapid exchange of information between ships and between ships and banks, and greatly enhances the real-time monitoring and management of the ship at sea and the safety of life and property at sea.

The AIS-based ship monitoring system uses AIS systems, electronic charts and information systems to control and monitor all vessels with AIS equipment. The control center receives the AIS message through the serial port and sends it to the ship AIS database for storage in real time through the display terminal to the electronic chart. Users can view and obtain information about the vessel from the electronic chart by reading the AIS database.

In the first chapter, this paper analyzes the research background and significance, and the current development of the AIS, then the automatic system was introduced from the composition and function of AIS and AIS network system structure, working principle and interface protocol of the AIS, and according to the specific functions of the AIS system, the overall design scheme of the system is proposed. Finally, it describes the implementation process of marine ship monitoring system based on AIS, and focuses on the analysis process and information display method of AIS message. In this paper, we use VS2008 to program MapX controls to show the dynamic and static information of ships on the map.
